Refunds
- Food Quality Issues: If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your food, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Incorrect Orders: If we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect customisation), please contact us immediately. We will either correct the issue or offer a refund.
- Cancellation of Orders: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot accept cancellations. However, if there is an issue with your order that qualifies for a refund (as stated above), we will process it on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that perishable food items (such as hot meals) are generally non-refundable unless there is a problem with the quality of the food or the order.
